Spencer Harris, PhD

Spencer Harris is a Professor of Sport Management at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. He completed his PhD at Loughborough University in 2013. Spencer has worked in community sports development for 16 years volunteering with the sport for development NGO Right to Play and working in senior management positions in local government and Sport England. He has worked in higher education since 2008. His research interests center on sport governance, sport policy, and the sport-politics relationship.
